Who we are and what we do?
There is a way out of violence! We offer you advice and assistance 24 hours a day.
NPO Women’s Support and Information Center was founded in 2002 as the first women’s shelter in Estonia. Over the years, in addition to providing shelter for victims of violence, we have worked to make every effort to raise public awareness of domestic violence. In our daily activities, we offer women and their children all the help they need to get out of the cycle of violence and start a new life. Our goal is to provide people with the best possible support without running them between several different agencies. Our support includes legal assistance, general counseling, psychological support, and the work of a child psychologist.
NPO Women’s Support and Information Center unites people who are committed to making the world a better place – we work every day to help those in need and grow the community not to tolerate violence and to come to the rescue if necessary. And with our help (basic) human rights will reach many: to live free from fear and to be able to decide for oneself, to offer children a happy childhood and a livable life.
