You can find a selection of these effective exercises that help you get out of distracted thoughts, disturbing emotions or a tense state <a href=\"https:\/\/vaikuseminutid.ee\/vaikuseminutite-harjutused\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. A free <a href=\"https:\/\/vaikuseminutid.ee\/nutiapp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a> has also been created for convenient use of the exercises.<br \/>The effectiveness of the minutes of silence program and exercises has been confirmed by a study conducted by the University of Tartu (see <a href=\"https:\/\/vaikuseminutid.ee\/teadusuuringud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> for details). <\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">MT\u00dc Vaikuseminutid offers practical support to all those interested in order to cultivate the ability to concentrate, balance and inner peace through the study of mindfulness. This is most effectively done through the NGO&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/vaikuseminutid.ee\/courses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">multi-part courses<\/a>, the focus of which is experiential learning of skills to create practical change.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A very important direction in the activities of the MT\u00dc Vaikuseminutid is the training of teachers in schools and kindergartens. A teacher&#8217;s ability to support his own well-being also strongly affects the well-being of children. Teachers also receive training on how to conduct attention and calmness exercises with children<span class=\"gmail_default\">. That<\/span>way,<span class=\"gmail_default\"> <\/span>In this way, children can start using <span id=\"gmail-docs-internal-guid-ab46403a-7fff-c2a9-bea6-2c76a0234807\"><\/span>psychological well-being skills <span id=\"gmail-docs-internal-guid-5fd594c0-7fff-f7d0-4ee0-0decd06def26\">independently<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Another important direction of activity is contributing to the mental well-being of people working in the healthcare and social fields, who, while supporting others, are themselves a very large NGO.
