To achieve this, Elame Veel! gives care home residents the opportunity to take part in cultural events, such as theatre performances, concerts, museum visits and cinema outings. Donations are used to cover the cost of tickets and transportation.   <\/p><p>Life in a care home is extremely routine, and research shows that a rigid routine can have a negative impact on a person\u2019s well-being and health. However, due to financial constraints, most care homes are unable to offer their residents opportunities to get out and enjoy a change of scenery.
